Being there, I felt the strong connection to Senna, who mastered this challenging track. While the excitement of the event was palpable, I was disappointed by the ticketing situation—I found myself on a hillside, far from the main action, with trees and bushes blocking most of the view and only a short section of the in sight. For me, the real highlight was walking the after the race. Tracing the same iconic sections where Senna once drove—like the tunnel, Rascasse, Mirabeau, the Hairpin (Gare), Chicane, and the pool area—brought his legacy to life and gave me a deeper appreciation for the skill and intensity of driving at Monaco. Didn’t get to drive the circuit, will do one day, however, walked a large part of it in the scorching sun 🌞 🏎️ 🛥️ This is a great day out if in the Nice region. Its only a short drive feom Nice in May, although the roads will be a lot busier in peak season. Eze is on route which makes a nice stop. The changing of the fuard at the palace is quite crowded, but if you get there 20 minutes before then, you should get a good spot. The streets are nice to around, with cafes and shops to browse through. The park is immaculate, and you can see the coast from a couple of viewpoints, which have benches to relax on. The for F1 is being set up in the video and I got taken around the in a mini-bus which was a great experience as the driver didn't have d around 😅 Great location for the Formula 1 race. Disappointed that you can't pass on the track, so not real racing. I have been to Monaco twice now for Formula 1. If you are a true racing fan, this is the pinnacle! Beautiful, spectacular city and circuit. As a passionate F1 fan, visiting the de Monaco just a day before the was absolutely exhilarating — the view behind the scenes was nothing short of stunning! I had the chance to see the stands of legends like Lewis Hamilton, Max Verstappen, Sergio Perez, Charles Leclerc, Lance Stroll, and Fernando Alonso up close, and their teams energy was contagious. The Red Bull truck was impressive, buzzing with activity and showcasing the team’s incredible setup. It was such a surreal experience to be so close to the heart of Monaco’s racing magic. It’s truly a dream come true for any F1 fan! It was amazing to see and these streets and see where F1 cars are doing more than 200 km/h. Just Amazing! Nice to see it other than on TV. Good to round the bits you can. de Monaco was all dressed up and ready for the GP when I was there.. barriers up, stands built, and the vibe was just electric. Super cool to see such a famous in real life! Great to be able to the after seeing it on TV so many times. We were lucky enough to see George Russell's AMG1 parked up at the harbour too!! This is a must visit for F1 fans.. so many corners and spots to check out. You can pretty much around everywhere when it's not weekend and see all the famous corners from one location as the is on both sides of the area.. easy to around in less than 30min and busses stop at various spots there. Great atmosphere. I will say this is miles better in person than on TV At the Monaco GP 2024. We were sitting at sector Z1. Very close to the track, excellent once in a lifetime experience! You can feel the dirty air from the cars! One downside is the limited view but worth it nonetheless As someone who doesn't follow F1 much at all, the de Monaco (especially the famous Fairmont Hairpin) is still a must see regardless! We didn't have time to the whole due to time and traffic, but would have done it if we could have. Great but I don’t think it suits the size and thrill of f1, would probably be better for cars that are designed with street races in mind like formula e.
