Très professionnel ! 👍🏻 Good position Magnificent Christmas market this year This is the place to get a map and they also hand you a as they can’t your passport. spot to pick up a card and map. Convenient location and on the way to the casino from the train station. to take home. Must visit to get your own Monaco passport. They also have a photo backdrop. Very friendly and helpful. They don't passports any longer but they do give you a little booklet with the date you visited. Fick bra hjälp utav personalen! Go and get a map and directions as well as the tourist as keepsake from your time in Monaco. There is one in the train station right beside the Monaco store and the main one above Casino square park area We visit Monaco Ville with his small streets , lots of terassa , shops , princiar palace , the cathedral , the exotic gardens , museum ocenographyc and the old apartments and buildings . You can go there by foot from Places des Armes by steps , by bus no. 1 from Saint Romain ,by bus no . 2 from Les Jardines Exotique , by the bus touristic or by the small train touristic . After a visit arround you can go to Gaetano terassa for a cold beer or a sandwich or for lunch / dinner . The owner and his team are very and friendly . A large draft beer 5 euros and lunch can be 10 euros for a person ( chiken , french frites , salade ) Any way you can choose other restaurants , pizzeria , chocolateria - a little expensive , but is Monaco . Merveilleuse visite. The staff there are and polite and helpful. make sure to visit to get the “passport” booklet with the stamp. Staff speak both English and French. Personel inefficace The lady who helped me was very but not familiar with the (new?) bus policy. We were sent to the bus company to get a month pass, but this is completely unnecessary since you can use Apple Pay and you won’t go above the €22 per month limit that way either. No need for a physical card. We only found out after posting a bad review on Compagnie des Autobus Monaco (CAM). I think the du tourisms should be very familiar with this. So, but with outdated information. First place to go if you've never been to Monaco. Get a free map and ask questions. to get information about Monaco, they also give you a small to keep it is with the date you visited. Very and also got the Monaco stamp. However, they wouldn't even my expired passport, but only the mock which they give you for free. Ladies at the help desk are polite and helpful. They helped me with the bus schedule, and with a city map. It was quite a walk getting there for me. Since I got down at a stop which was a bit far. But the ladies were kind and helpful. For all those going to get a stamped… They do not your (bummer) but they do give you a gratis with a and the staff is pleasant. I am only giving it four stars because of that and I thought they would. It is still a two-minute stop (off-season) especially if you have children. Happy travels! Très bien accueilli, personnel très agréable. I entered Monaco via bus 607 from the city of Nice. I went there for a birthday party. On arrival I decided to collect the complimentary Monaco with entry date. When visiting Monaco, there is no control except of when coming from a Schengen country. Visitors are able to get red entry date stamps at Monaco state tourism or du Tourisme de Monaco. Back in the 1990s at least, you could have your official on arrival at airport or by sea, but it was discontinued as it caused some issues at airports. However if you have the chance to go to Mairie de Monaco or the local townhall at Place de la Mairie, you can have your with entry date. After taking a selfie at the I collected a Monaco city map and found my way to the party address. It was blazing hot even though we were in mid November!!! Friendly staff who helped me get Monaco passport👍☺️ and map! information I asked for a and the lady at the front desk seemed almost annoyed that I asked for one. Bad impression for being a tourism office. i lavoratori sono gentili On a l'impression de déranger, les informations données sont vraiment bâclées. Très agréable et bien renseigné lovely staff Very easy direction to follow.
