Fantastic, chilling place The evening card is great value! Loved the sauna Pros: very nice experience, i really enjoyed outside pool, similar to my experience in Iceland, maybe this was a little bit smaller but still very nice. Staff was very polite and helpful. Cons: you receive bathrobe and towels but no slippers? And you can buy one pair there for 42€. No thank you. Incredible amount of people, i was there on friday. I was asking myself who are these people and do they have a job? Parking for daily guests too far away from entrance. Water was a little bit dirty, something green floating around you. Coool Such a beautiful and peaceful place. Why can’t I rate this six stars? I did not / could not take pics of the main attraction, I.e. the spa and thermal baths themselves. But this place is amazing - right up there with the nicer onsen I stayed at in Japan. One of the most beautiful hot springs and warm jacuzzis spa ever been. It’s in Austria (Steiermark) approximately 2 hours from Vienna. It’s built by the artist Hundertwasser and designed in his typical style. For spa lovers really worth visiting. The place is beautiful and has a lot to offer. The motive for my not so good review is the additionals. I booked a massage and had requested a female masseuse as I am more confortable with one. However, this request was ignored and I did not feel at all relaxed. I went with a few friends and we thought the massage was also not very professional… please be more attentive to this! Unfortunately, we didn’t get to experience this place even though we were excited after visiting the website and hearing about it. When we arrived, there was a sign that said it was full and only those who registered beforehand could enter. However this was NO WHERE ON THE WEBSITE. We found it very deceiving and inconsiderate of guests who DROVE ALL THE WAY to the baths. When we explained this to the receptionists, they were very rude and claimed it was on the website. This was not true. The website recommended reservations but no where did it state that admission would be denied without reservation. I expected better customer service and respect from a place like this. They did not even apologize or try to understand our frustration. Fortunately, we were able to go to another thermal bath and had a lovely time. The best thing about this place was the shuttle driver! He understood our frustration and was so kind. The park/grounds are also lovely.
