I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Cafe-Mühle Stegersbach and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The coffee was perfect and the pastry and cakes were simply delicious. The cafe also has a big playground for kids, which was a great bonus for us as it kept them entertained while we enjoyed our coffee and treats. Although the cafe is a bit off the road and somewhat isolated, the atmosphere is just okay. The quiet and peaceful surroundings make for a relaxing and enjoyable experience, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the moment. Had a fun time here a year ago when my wife and I enjoyed the wonderful atmosphere, good music, great coffee and amazing ice-cream dishes. We promised to bring our daughters to repeat the experience with them, but were so disappointed. The 4 of us sat down with big expectations, but were met with dismissive abrupt service. The waiter approached our table and before I could even speak, blurted out: "there are no waffles". I then asked about ice cream and was half-heartedly shown the vitrine with some other sweets. When I didn't respond immediately, the waiter started looking agitated. I guess he was stressed that he was the only one on duty. Why should this impatience be transferred to the customers? We decided to politely leave.
