By the time that you arrive at the restaurant until they take your order in pass an eternity (not lees than 30-45 minutes), not to mention that for the food you should wait at least another 45 up to 60 minutes. The staff is unfriendly and not responsive to client needs. It is too bad that the services degraded in such a manner . It used to be a very nice place to dine in. Terrible 😞 I was here with some of my dearest friends and it was awesome. We ordered some pizza at a super fair price, some tea and coffee. Besides that, this restaurant have different types of pasta, soups and many more. All in all, a great place to come ; I liked it a lot Fantastic service, perfect food, beer👍! Phoned this place as I needed pizza delivery in one hour. The lady on the phone was very nice and took the order in a very professional way. The pizza was really nice and it arrived in less than an hour. It's quite hard to find good customer service in Romania, but I was very pleased to see that there are exeptions. Very good location, with a very good service and food - 100% recommending Terrible service. After waiting for 20 minutes, the waitress announced we can't eat (mind u we were here before 10 and it closes at 11), the table next to us tough got service after. We decided to order drinks then, but it took them a while to bring those out too.
