You can choose if you want it grilled or fried, I chose the former. The trout was seasoned and cleaned well, but was bordering on being abit overcooked. Overall was a nice hearty meal with complimentary toasted bread drizzled with olive oil. Right by the road passing by the small village. The establishment is newly renovated and with mountains views. A family runs the place and were friendly and welcoming. Would still recommend as a pitstop if you're passing by to-fro Metsovo. Perfect place to stop and eat! A very friendly atmosphere, private parking, a food! Especially the fresh fish on the grill. On our way from Lefkada to Meteora, we stopped here for lunch. The food was (chicken soup and Bouyourdi), and the lady who served us was very kind. She told us that in this area, a dialect is spoken that resembles the Romanian language and she even introduced us to her aunt, who proudly told us that she is Vlach. We exchanged a few words with her in their dialect/Romanian and we understood each other very well. We highly recommend stopping here to enjoy food and be kindly served at reasonable prices.
