Even when they some time respond they do it very briefly and they don't answer all the queries. The on-line was conducted in very bad conditions. Although my son paid for two on-line tests through this very bad platform ProctorU, but he was only allowed to take only one test. in the institute website the online was supposed to be on Math and Physics but it turned out that physics is not there, only maths. I don't know why they want to induce the candidates into error. Luckily my son got acceptance in all other universities he applied for in Germany without the need of the drama that this institute the DIT is doing. Finally I strongly not recommend this university, other universities are much better ranked are more transparent and easy to communicate with. Shame on this institute.... Stalker central people.
