I was waiting for my package, for two days, no phone call, no message, it straightly shows on the website that "it cannot being delivered because lack of recipient", do people in this company work like this?? let alone I lost my last time and they faked my signature of receiving. avoid this company. to be honest, I highly doubt those good reviews are not from real customers. Very very bad company never got my parcel I live In the 14th arrdt and the man said he never found my and they put my parcel at chronopost rungis which is nearly 1 hours from my place may be more this is really stupid and on top of that they couldn’t ma a redelivery close to me because they already scan at rungis so my parcel will go back to the store that so stupid I will give this 0 stars. All the good review must be FAKE. They miss the EVERY TIME. This is the most horrible company, they never manage to deliver the package. Always lazy or no attempts to deliver. AVOID AVOID AVOID I paid extra fee for fast delivery. I waited 4 extra days and I had anyways travel to this stupid agency to pick up my package. They cant find flats, all and number I provided was correct. Noone called, noone message. Its ANOTHER issue with Chronopost. Absolute absurt and thrash. All my experiences with chronopost until now are good. I'm very satisfied with thier service. The guy is very professional and very polite. I alsoappreciate the tracking on thier platform, it allows to track your packa on real time showing you all the stops of the and also how many clients left before you to recieve your package. Incredibly awful. I had to do more than 10 phone calls and speak to countless people from your client service because everyone was giving false information! My was always delayed. I even had to take an unpaid day off to be home all day and get it!!! Result: NOTHING!!! I ended up taking an expensive taxi to Rungis at 7 am and back to get the after one week of waiting! And Chronopost does not give an appropriate training to its people who do not even know that if there is a tax to be paid, it could not be delivered even to a place next to the home address, if a client is absent and asks to change the (that was also impossible for unknown reasons!) Extremely dissapointed. Stresses out everyone who deals with it. A ÉVITER !!! I've been trying get packages sent to me from the US for weeks and they have failed to deliver it. I've contacted them more than once to confirm/update the and every time afterward I will get the message "Anomaly identified on postal code or of the recipient. In the process of treatment", even though I had called and confirmed the with them.
