Service is kind and friendly. My only minus is that you can't pay with your Kredit card. We were lucky, because we had just about enough change with us to pay the bill and give tip as well. Good restaurant, although meat focussed. For vegetarians there aren't many options (especially if you don't like cheese and mushrooms.). They do not appear to try to adapt to what you like instead. Sadly it the place was very full and lots of food was delayed. Lots of other people had to wait 1-1,5+ hours for their food. Owner didn't come to the table, no compensation for the long waiting times. Again, no blame to the servers, they tried their best, but weren't allowed to compensate anything by the owner! Best food we had in Zeeland so far. Super dog friendly (water and treats without asking). Super nice and calm atmosphere inside and outside. Price/quality is perfect. The Menu is nice, not too much choice, not too little. Nice selection of beers. We absolutely loved the fish of the day and the caramel Ijskoffie. We will definitely come again. Very satisfying and professional. 5 Years later, still fantastic. One of the better restaurant experiences to have. Wonderful locale, feels quite high-end. The first visit rendered us with an upset stomach for 2 days. The second visit, almost 2 years later, was a disaster with expired fish, half the items on the menu missing (on a Saturday) and a waiting time between entrée and main of close to an hour. The staff was perplexed why we were upset about the wait. A complete waste of an evening and money. Will never, ever come back here again.
