Modern and clean. Great gym. Showers: cannot stop flowing. It is just running long after finished showering. Waste and environmentally not sound. Entry: not sure how to queue up to the long desk. People jump the queue and the staff allows it. Not good. Well maintained and well equipped leisure center! Will getting a little bit pack in the kids area sometime. Fabulous. Wide , open spaces, great for families with tiny babies, toddlers, children. Lots of different and play areas. Warm water. Easy access to all spaces. Disability friendly. Cafe. Shop. Free hot showers. Reasonably priced, however I would consider a season pass if intending to go regularly. Great parking. Easy to find. 10 stars out of 10. It's a great place to bring the family for a swim. The place is well kept, the was clean. There were several lifeguards on duty. The kids' area was GREAT! Stromlo Leisure Centre is awesome! The staff are super friendly and always happy to help. The pool is clean and well-maintained, making it a great place to and relax. The gym is impressive spacious, well-equipped with modern machines, and everything is kept in top condition. It’s a fantastic spot whether you’re looking to work out, swim, or just unwind. Highly recommend it! I recently realised we were charged for lessons over Christmas even though lessons were cancelled. My husband reported to your front desk a couple of weeks ago to advise that we had been charged for lessons when the pool was closed over Christmas. The staff on the front desk said "I think this has happened to a few people" and advised we would be issued a credit or a refund. My husband insisted on a refund. To date we have not received a refund, nor any credits. If a consumer doesn't receive a product or service they've paid for on time or within a reasonable time, there can be various reasons. It doesn’t necessarily mean the business has broken the law. It's against the law for businesses to take payment for products or services when they know they won’t be able to supply them. It is against the law for you to have charged us $23.50 for 4 x lessons on 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd of January when lessons were cancelled due to your Christmas closure. I sent the above email a week ago and have received no response. I assume all your customers have been overcharged at least $100 over the Christmas period and you've relied on people not noticing. This is a disgrace. i understand the needs to keep your child under 5 at arms length at all times while in the pool, but why on the little children's slide? I am standing right next to the end of the slide to make sure that my 4 year old is ok, but that's not good enough, i have to somehow run after her and go down the slide with her 100 times? I have been to multiple parks and this is the first time i have come across this. Always a blast to come for a splash , they have a fun kids focused splash and area, and a little baby area. Strong shower heads also span the wall of the smaller pool allowing for a relaxing spray while the kids swim. Would recommend.
