The bowling was fun. Staff were friendly. Easy parking and access. Was a little strange that the staff crammed a special needs group wheelchairs and all into an end lane making it really difficult for the group to manoeuvre their walking devices and wheelchairs. The seats were a bit grubby and the service from the cafe was exceptionally slow. The hot dogs were as as you’d expect for a bowling alley. Bathrooms were clean . We had a weekday birthday for a group of neuro spicey kids. The host Ella was extremely helpful and accommodating. All the had a wonderful time. The two birthday boys were very happy. We had our daughter’s birthday at Zone Bowling - Tuggeranong. Our host, Ella, was absolutely with the and getting everyone organized. She kept us informed and looked after us all really well. The package was super value for money and the thoroughly enjoyed the meal and jugs of juice that were included. Would definitely recommend :) Well where to start after spending two weeks in this centre for a tournament I can honestly say what a clean & tidy venue run by a incredible manager Rob & some serious staff members who worked tirelessly to ensure we all were well feed and caffeinated. They worked long hours to make sure our tournament was enjoyable & fun with limited breakdowns which is to be applauded because the mechanics also did an job. On a personal note I would like to sincerely Thank You For everything you guys did to make this experience one not to forget & truly appreciate everything you & your team accomplished especially Rob & Yasmin, & the quite super hero Joe to say the food was hot fresh & delicious is a understatement every food item was from the bacon & egg rolls to the pizzas , nachos etc my Team food was outstanding fresh sandwiches , hot food so Thank You 🙏 for a outstanding experience. Big thanks to Nanama at Zone Bowling Tuggeranong for being an host. The were very well looked after and she made life super easy for us as parents, even with tricky dietary requirements. They were incredibly kind, warm, and attentive—nothing was too much trouble. You could genuinely feel that they cared about making our experience a one, and that kind of service is rare these days. Both ladies treated us with such respect and friendliness, it honestly made the whole visit feel special. Whether it was answering questions, offering help, or just chatting with a smile, their energy and professionalism were spot on. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows. Staff are helpful and the management is as well they have partys My child celebrated their 5th birthday at Zone Boing Tuggeranong and it was unreal! The got to play a game of bowling and then had 30 minutes free play on the arcade games. All of them had an time! The host so amazing! She was so helpful and friendly! I would absolutely do another here again!!
