Even through covid, we've seen venues closed but world of has always managed through the hard times. Hats off to the owner / management / team behind this play. The were so helpful and friendly and the room was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and the whole thing was reasonably priced. We love this play! Thank you so much! Found kids foot in ball pit day We had an amazing time at world of play!! we had trouble finding the so we got there late and only had an hour left of our slot the and manger were so nice to us they let us stay for the whole next slot. it was very clean and lots of fun for the children thanks so much I recently visited world of for my granddaughters birthday. The areas are and the food looked good.The overall cleanliness of the site is very good but the toilets let them down not very clean and not enough for the amount of bodies visiting. Then to my horror the member of that was overseeing the came in with the food and a clip board in her hand, she then placed the clip board onto the food. I’m sure that clip board has been handled by many people and probably not been cleaned and to actually put it on top of food was against all hygiene regulations. We actually moved the clip board to an empty space on the trolley and got a dirty look from the member of staff. More hygiene training needs to be given to the Christmas party, absolutely fabulous.
