Everyone is very friendly , the staff are very smiley and try to play with kids.. very open, nice cafeteria, I wish they add more food on the menu.. more easy to feed the their before they leave .. very professional .. many similar places opened but Bounce still my favorite bcoz of the atmosphere and cheerful staff !! Our girls age 4 and 6 both enjoyed it, plenty of different areas to try lots to enjoy for an hour. For any age, we saw adults learning to wall walk. Only downside is no air conditioning, or maybe it wasn't working. It was over 30 degrees outside &were sweating way too much inside! Excellent space for to get their energy out! Clean and friendly! My family and I had a great time. We went during the 1 pm session. There’s a lot of bounce options. We had our two year son with us and while he couldn’t jump on the trampolines the instructor still made it fun for him with different activities. There wasn’t many food options, mainly just snacks. Great place to jump in trampolines, the staff was really nice they do a warmup and show you the basics, it's really fun to just jump up, and try to fa and get back up. They have the beginners area and an advanced area, you can practice your moves, the staff will always give you tips on how to best approach a new move. In 1h I went from being a beginner to being able to consistently do wall touches with my feet, bouncing on my back. Great experience and I would join a place like this, if such a place was available in my city, it replaces the gym. basically it's a giant room but the floor is made out of trampolines, subdivided into areas like basketball, dodgeball, acrobatics, etc.. great fun there, when you leave you feel like it was only 20 minutes even if you spent 2 hours there. it's one of those places where you get happy for being tired, because that remembers how much fun it was. it's good for all ages, but small need to be carefully monitored Amazing...they had a holloween theme..amazing effort...everyone in the team is so nice, helpful and decent..kids loved it... Love so much this place! I can't even describe how much I enjoyed it! Once again mesmerising and extremely friendly staff - ready to help you anytime. Really nice and cheerful, also they are very funny! Even during covid pandemic the space is disinfected after one hour use. Plenty space for everyone. Felt really safe without a mask.
