The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they even arranged for one of their friends to pick our 6 year old up at the gondola so he didn't have to walk through the rain. The food was very good and we stayed in the 4-person family room which was comfortable and clean. The views are very nice since it is on the edge of town and looks down over the whole valley. Overall it was an excellent stay! I was on a lunch yesterday and everything was excellent. The best pizza I've ever had. The complete experience was enhanced by the waiter Mido and the rest of the staff. I'll definitely be coming back again.
