There for the European Jiu-Jitsu championship every January and it's a real pleasure to go there. Only downside is the food. You would think that for a sports event they would have good healthy food, well no. They have average pastries and hotdogs, sandwiches with 90% of bread... Come on guys make an effort. Oh and the water bottles they sell are really overpriced. Just ridiculous. I visited for the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu championships which were held in the building over 6 days. Even on the later days the toilets and changing rooms were clean and well stocked. The venue is large and welcoming, with good lighting and ventilation, the cafe food is decent but not exceptional. It's a fair way out of town so it may be best to book a taxi. It is a very big space for the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu events that I have attended. There are locker rooms, showers, there is lots of seating for spectators, very clean inside and out, lots of parking, free wifi and beverage and food options are also decent as well. Good place, facilities. If you want to relax, walk around, try your skate skills this place has a big flat surface to do it. Also has some equipment to exercise you muscles. We see a lot a people from very young ages to the more seniors practicing some kind of exercise.
