We came here when the weather was good, there is a big, nice lawn and a lake. Wifi works well on the whole site. Sanitary facilities are clean, one shower coin is for 3 minutes which is really short, especially if you need to wash your (long) hair. Dogs must be on a leash although a campground is usually private ground and even when there are literally no other people (guests) around. There is also a washing machine and dryer (not working rn in august 2021). The washing mashine compartment was FULL of old detergent, looks like it never gets cleaned so I guess this machine will be broken/moldy in around a year. Friendly lady at reception, which also has shop for snacks etc. She was there until pretty late. Huts are good and affordable. Next to lake, very pretty. Places to put up tents too. Communal kitchen and bathrooms. You'll have to buy coins for the shower at the reception. Close to the main road for an overnight stay but far enough to feel like countryside. This is an okay camping. Close to the road between Kristiansand and Stavangen. Location is very nice. There is a gravel area for campers and caravans. These spots are pretty small. A larger grass field can be used but there is no electricity available on this field. Only 1 shower for men and 1 for women. Showers and toilets are fine but very outdated. The owner is a nice lady, speaks English. It is a camping area with everything you need. We paid 170 NOK for two people with a car and a tent. There is enough space on a separate camping ground for many tents. The Lake is refreshing. Well it is near to the road, but due to two tunnels it isn't that loud. There is a kitchen with a microwave and a little oven you cane use. Shower is small, but absolutely sufficient. Everything was clean and the owner checked it several times a day and cleaned it. Basic campsite, not that much room for tents,it's ok for 1 night, friendly owners,,quite small..nice lake to swim in.. Staying at Svindland Camping was such a unique experience for me because it’s actually my families campsite! I’m from the USA and had never been to Norway or met any of the family here before, so it was really special to finally visit – and it completely exceeded my expectations. The location is stunning with amazing views in every direction, and the whole site is peaceful and spacious. The cabin we stayed in was super clean, cozy, and had plenty of outlets which made things convenient. The shower and bathroom facilities were also spotless and well-kept. There are great hikes nearby and it’s close to Feda, which makes exploring the area really easy. The staff were beyond kind and welcoming – they made me feel right at home, which made the whole experience even better. Whether or not you have family ties here, Svindland Camping is an absolute gem and I can’t recommend it enough! Fabulous camping location and service The cabin nr 9 is simple, clean and new linen. There are 2 fridges, but both don’t work. Kind staff at the reception, quite a walk to the toilet facilities Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
