Nice place and good treatment. The place is slightly off putting as it is located in the basement of a strip mall. Not the ideal setting but the personnel is very kind and attentive. What a lovely , I went for the ‘ soft /gentle’ full body massage, it was lovely , great surroundings , lovely music and the masseuse was gentle but firm , just as I asked . I’ve had Hammam before but this was so much more than I imagined. The owner is friendly and explains everything so professionally. The Hammam treatment is so and really calms the body. My skin felt so clean and smooth. The massage was very good and really relaxed me and I felt like a new person at the end of it! You really see and feel a difference with these treatments and all products used are natural which is something I struggled to find. In between treatments you are offered some Moroccan mint tea (so tasty). Overall an amazing and highly recommend to all. I am an expert when it comes to hammam visits and I have to say that this experience, by far, was the absolute best one for me. I received a gift certificate to this Spa for Christmas. The gift-giver certainly knew I was a stressed-out mom and indeed, it took almost 6 months to get to this haven. I did not know what to expect, and thought I was coming only for a short massage, so I brought along my older daughter, who is eight. Once we came in, the lovely woman who greeted us exuded a calm and energy. I did not feel like a customer or a client. I felt like I was coming home. When she explained I would be there for 1.5 hours I had a moment of panic, as I was worried about my daughter. She assured me with grace and calm, that it was no problem, and in fact, my daughter was so relaxed there she stayed quiet and calm for 1.5 hours in the little waiting area. I would not recommend bringing your children along, but as I did not know, it happened and they responded with utmost grace and kindness. This speaks to an authentic energy of service within Hammam that I have not experienced in any other spas ever. Further, at every point of contact with every person there, I knew and trusted that everything was alright and that they were there to care for me. It was such an overwhelming feeling that at more than one point I felt like crying. The treatment itself was nothing short of a pure detoxification process --body and mind. The products used were miraculous. Having struggled with acne and skin issues for more than two years, my skin was transformed in only one session. Again speaking to the remarkable work and intention behind what they are doing. It was clear to me from the first moment when calling to book my appointment, that Hammam is here to make you feel loved and cared for, which goes beyond what a normal spa is. My therapist was fantastic—skilled, attentive, and made the entire deeply and rejuvenating. The ambiance of the spa is tranquil and authentic, transporting you to a world of relaxation. The service is impeccable, and the attention to detail is second to none. It’s truly an 11/10 experience! The Moroccan green and mint tea at the end was the perfect finishing touch.
