Lots of waiting around, are old with audio that often doesn't work. Staff were really nice. The streets are bumpy so you get thrown around a lot. On our there was an altercation with a guy that tried to cut off the bus and lost. The guy in the car was a psycho but our bus driver handled the situation with class. There was no damage and the other guy was at fault. Overall I wouldn't do this again. Grayline seemed more frequent. The drivers are courteous and the were fine. The commentary wasn't great- not a lot of talking and mostly music. The routes were extensive, so you get a good trip all over the city. Also, more would be appreciated! The bus leaves after 10:30 and the trip ends at 17:30 and not as you are told, the narration on the bus really does not add value to bus trips, they do not explain to you which street you are on, what the buildings are around, what is the name of the area/district, they do not inform you of which station you are at A traveler and what's in the area, a boring narration that repeats over and over the meaning of the word Lisbon but almost nothing about the places, background music that puts you to sleep, luckily some drivers are nice but some have no patience... The lisbon sightseeing organisation is DIRE , we were in Lisbon for a day and wanted to see the sights. We were picked up at the port and we went the wrong way ! The whole trip lasted over four hours (not the one and a half advertise) mainly stopping at bus stops for ten)25 minutes , we saw loads of blocks of flats , the commentary was wrong and mostly fado music . Those on the bus insisted we get taken back to the first but had to wait for the driver to have a fag break and some young female guide was helpful and told the driver to take us back to the port (of course the long way past all the apartment blocks tho' we could see on our phones there was a more direct route , was he deliberately being useless? - my partner who has a bad back found it almost impossible to walk after over four hours in the same cramped position , she's still suffering with her back . With City Sightseeing I really had one of the most cost-effective and certainly the most convenient way to move a around in Lisboa... The personal was very simpatic and very well organized. I had a very nice experience and if will be back in Lisboa definetly I´ll do it again with pleasure. Il pleut autant dans le bus que dehors, et je parle de la zone en bas, pas de celle en haut ouverte. Audio-guides qui fonctionnent quand ils veulent. Dans oublier très peu de commentaires qui, en plus, arrivent trop tôt ou trop tard voire arrivé coupé en plein milieu. Au final autant prendre un bus de ville ou le métro, le rapport qualité/prix sera meilleur. Fatal servicio. Muy difícil localizar las paradas. Vienen mal en los mapas y no hay indicaciones por la calle. Perdimos el autobus por no localizar la parada y además los conductores no dan ninguna ayuda. Muy mal servicio, usar otro que los hay mucho mejores. La línea verde siempre llena y te toca volver andando o en otro transporte. La linea nocturna que cogimos 48h para usarla, nos dicen que ese día no funciona. No dan casi indicaciones por audio..... Un desastre autentico. Mejor moverte en tte público por Lisboa. This is a joke. The timetable is incorrect, the bus stops are in different places than shown on the map. Some stops are not even marked with numbers so you don't know where to wait for the bus. In green line there is no Polish language, instead of it there is russian which is very offensive. I wanted to check all the lines but the only way to do it is to start at number 1 as you might never find another bus stop. On the website it is written that night start at 6pm - also not true as it' 8pm. And map on the website and app is also different. It does not show you where the bus is (like in Big Bus f.ex). The audioguide is also a joke, is almost 2h and 90% of it you will be listening to music. Very little info. I regret I bought the tickets, this company should be ashmed of it's service. Never again, you do not deserve even a single star. The routes were really good, we purchased a 48hour ticket and used it to see as much of Lisbon as we could. The guides weren’t great. Most of the time the sound didn’t work and when it did we only had music. We use city sightseeing in every city we traveled to and have learned loads about the city due to the guide. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case with Lisbon. Other than that the travelling was safe. I suggest downloading the app as we found it more accurate than the map you’re given. Mi aspettavo molto di più per quella cifra. Il servizio a bordo è stato infatti pessimo. Guida turistica praticamente assente, non forniva alcuna informazione utile sul percorso o sulle attrazioni. L'assenza di un sistema audio è stata una grave mancanza. Non sapevamo dove eravamo, cosa stavamo vedendo, i prossimi e quanto tempo avevamo a disposizione. Le fermate erano poche e poco interessanti. Mai più, sconsiglio fortemente. Very poor experience. All i took had defective audio. Also very randomand poor audio content. Green route with missing sign #4 so unable to locate the stop. Red route with a driver who thought he was on a F1 track or at best transporting cattle. Zero respect. Wasted 50 Euros. Un desastre, prometían un bus cada 20 minutos y después de estar esperando una hora en la parada no apareció. Tuvimos que acabar cogiendo un taxi. Sin embargo, de las otras compañías que operan en Lisboa pasaron varias veces, no la recomiendo en absoluto. Barely any going around, casually waiting over 1h without any bus passing. If they pass, they don't even by default. The drivers on the green line are mental and the state of the mediocre to say the least. Just don't spend the money on this. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! The are decent and the only reason I am giving it a couple of stars BUT most of the ride was quiet, no narration whatsoever! There was either just the one song or plain silence. I have used this company several times in the past 20 years in different cities. They used to offer well narrated tours but I am shocked at how their quality has dropped. Not worth it at all. Also terribly disappointed that they're still using the same poor quality headphones from 20 years ago that break several times during one single tour. Do not recommend and won't use them ever again! En la línea verde, en el último bus del día, en la antepenúltima parada nos bajamos, se me cayó la cartera. Estuve intentando ponerme en contacto con la empresa ese día y el siguiente y no fue posible, mandé un correo y todavía hoy no me contestaron. Al final hablé con ANDREW, el relaciones públicas, que estaba en la parada de la Plaza Marqués de Pombal, una persona y profesional de 10. Personas como él dan gran valor a una empresa, se esforzó muchísimo por solucionar el problema. Junto con el coordinador Pimentel, al día siguiente recuperé la cartera, de manos de un conductor, con toda la documentación menos el dinero. A trabajadores como Andrew, las empresas deberían cuidarlos. Como queja: los me parecen caros, poca información cultural, mucha música.
