The preserves and jams from the fruits are fairly priced and abundant - eg; petimezi, fig molasses or jams, grape chutney. A large number of stalls sell honey and bee pollen. Extensive interesting that is strategically divided into product sections. Colourful and authentic. They have a whole new and used clothing section too! What a great local market. Lots of produce, fish olives, fruit and vegetables. At the far end are some clothes vendors. Hats etc. You can pretty much find anything here. Really freindly people, do make the effort to communicate in Greek and they will be very patient with you. English is pretty current. Nice local street that is happening every Saturday. There are plenty of products like all kind of grown in the area vegetables and fruits. Herbs 🌿 olive oil 🫒 olives, wine, spirits and of course lots of different fish 🐟 There are many many tables with products and people are very friendly so you can try and taste everything and than to decide. We stopped at this great farmers to shop before renting a house at the beginning of September. You can find amazingly fish and seafood, and the fisherman will clean out the fish for you if you want. There’s also a wide variety of local vegetables, fruits like melon, grapes, figs, and many more, as well as herbs, honey, and much more. We definitely came back here – it was a lovely farmers that we enjoyed. Good fruit and veg market. I Think its open on a Weds and Sat, but we went on a Wednesday and it was very lively. Lots of good looking produce and definitely worth visiting. Plenty of stalls letting you sample before you buy. Recommended. Wonderful with verity of fruits and vegetables and seafood. Cheap prices specially if you go around 1pm the vendors drop their prices a little before they go home☺️ plenty of free street parking.
