Wonderful green oasis in the centre of a busy town, this has something for everyone! There is a playground for little ones, beautiful gardens both formal and an informal wildflower mini-meadow, and a war memorial where we can remember those who sacrificed themselves for us. Especially pleasant is the sensory garden, maintained by volunteers. A wonderful spot in which to relax on a hot summer's day. Lovely in town centre next to the free multistorey car park, well kept and a nice playground plenty of seating and a nice kiosk serving snacks and drinks 😁 We love this park. Great location and so much for the kids. My son could play here for hours. Also a sweet shop right next to it not to mention all the other shops restaurants and the cinema. Lots of parking too. I like this park, there is a great playground for children, open space to run around. Crazy golf and tennis courts to hire. There is a Bowls club. Throughout the year events. Cafe and sweet shop also and Places to sit. Beautiful tall trees for shade in the summer and In the Autumn great colours and lots of leafs to run through and rustle under feet. There is a war memorial. There are fitness equipment spaced around the to work out on for exercise/ fun if you wish. Not to forget the bandstand with music occasionally. A pond at the far end that ducks enjoy with the sound of flowing water. Safely walled of to make it child friendly. This place has it all, it also speaking to individuals is a place to meet up. To talk , even if you are on your own. A place to walk dogs, take the children to the or a kick around with a ball or leaves under the tree. A place to enjoy Nature close up squirrels and beautiful open spaces and trees/ water. Pay a vist and enjoy, relax or be active. There are many choices. Most important enjoy. It's a shame this has nothing to offer to the families. Duck pond is not available anymore, sports grounds are expensive and in the changing weather with the heat lately there is no water experience for the kids to enjoy. We has to travel to surrounding town for nice parks. Lovely with a playground. Tennis 🎾 court. Basketball 🏀 and a kiosk selling icel, tea, coffee, pasties etc. Toilets as well We attended a fitness festival at Trowbridge Town Park, where we ran martial arts taster sessions for Gracie Barra Frome Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and the venue was fantastic. The is spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for hosting community events like this. There’s plenty of room for activities, good facilities, and the atmosphere was really welcoming. It’s also a lovely spot for a walk, picnic, or just relaxing when there isn’t an event on. A brilliant local space that really brings the community together! Good children's enclosed play area Dogs kept on their leads most of the time Lovely wide open space Facilities there could be Used more Tennis Courts the FAIR is there up until and including this Sunday 1st June Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
