The food was absolutely amazing—full of flavor and beautifully prepared. Plus, there’s convenient parking right in front, which made the visit even easier. Highly recommend! Romantic stop on the eay to Balaton in the fairy tale Bakony. It is really a five star restaurant, with five star service and food. You must try! However, I found two things which needs to be addressed: 1 the main course was not enough for a full grown man. Tasted and looked great, but did not fulfill my appetite.(rosé duck breast) 2 which might be more me than the dessert; I just couldn't grasp how a crème brûlée came together with basil and chocolate ice cream. The green taste of basil and the vanilla creme just doesn't fit for my taste. It was an interesting experience (experiment?) I'd rather not try again. Still, cannot say it enough, great restaurant! Huge glass walls make sure you get to take in the green hillside, and the forest on top of the hills. The interior has a unique atmosphere. New, and modern yet friendly and cosy at the same time. The food is delicious! There are a bunch of pizzas and around 10-15 main dishes to choose from. Doesn't matter what you choose, can't really go wrong. The food is innovative and brave, but familiar, the tastes compliment each other, and even if it's something new, something you've never tried (like my couliflower pure with truffle that was the side dish for my plate), it still tastes familiar and feels natural. You can have something new, and still, you don't have to worry that it's going to be agressively innovative, or strange. The staff is very friendly, but not too much so, so you can keep you're privacy, but feel like you can ask anything. They're happy to help you choose, or explain the dishes, if you ask them to. When we were there, someone from our company found their food to be too salty to their taste, and their food wasn't billed, and they apologised straight away. The others' foods were just perfection, so this must have been a single mistake, or a question of taste, but how they handled our complaint, should be taught! Our whole experience, from arriving until leaving was great, the location, the atmosphere, the staff, and of course the food are all something you can only talk about in superlatives! This was my second time here, but not my last for sure! I reccomend it very heartily!! Thanks for the great experience! Overall very nice place, we had a good lunch on our stop to Balaton. Friendly staff, nice interior. They only offered pizza and beef soup. Pizza was delicious, soup average. Vegetables were raw and it needed a little bit more flavor. Little bit pricey, too. Espresso very nice. The forest fruit soup was of a high standard. Maybe the proportion of ingredients to a slight modification because sometimes there was already a bit too much spoonfuls of sour and not enough dry oil. But the impression was delicious. But dish of the day, unfortunately, at the level of a school canteen. and finally, surprise on the bill, a high fee for the service for 1 person, which I was not previously informed about and there was no information about it in the English card. So for the end it was very disappointing experience. Pity. Thank you so much for making my daughter’s birthday unforgettable! We felt so welcomed. I can’t say enough great things about this restaurant and the apartments above the restaurant. Our stay here was extraordinary. Everything we ate was fabulous! Napoli style pizza, served in a nice, well maintained, fully-serviced, cozy place. Personnel are friendly, waiting time non-existent... Need i say anything else? If you're around, give it a try.
