The calm, warm, and crystal-clear waters make it especially suitable for families with children. The shoreline is quite narrow, so only one row of umbrellas fits, and there are just a few natural tree shades—worth going early to secure a good spot. There’s one restaurant on site with average prices, and basic water facilities are available (see photo). You can also rent boats (with or without a skipper, depending on the size), which adds to the experience. On the left side of the bay, a small reef and a cave invite a bit of snorkeling exploration, making this a lovely spot to spend the day. Parking available with about 22 spots right by the for €2/hour. We were here in the evening and this was very relaxing as there were not too many people after we had first eaten at restaurant next to the beach. Perhaps not the most beautiful though. Parking is 2 Eur/ hour (July 2024). Desimi was quite a surprise, not very large, maybe 3 m, in some places there are trees with shadow, pebbles in the water, and also very clear water. The is actually a small gulf where many boats park not far away from the shore. One can easily swim 50-70 m to reach the yachts. Small beach, calmer than others in Lefkada. It has warm water and quite a variety of fishes. Parking can be challenging, as the narrow road to get there. Great place to do paddle board and snorkeling. Nice. Remote. Road gets to a point that is too narrow but if you are lucky you wont find another car returning! Water is clear and no waves due to the location. Highly recommended for families One of the best and quiet beaches of Lefkada. If you are lucky enough to find an under the tree spot, it would be perfect. Narrow area and you need your own umbrella, but it doesn’t ruin your experience. Beautiful clear waters, parking available (ours was 8€ for the whole day). You can also hire out kayaks, canoes and motor boats at the beach. The food was also very nice! Overall a great beach. I would recommend getting there early so you can find parking spots and a spot at the easily.
