Nice beach, shall water good for kids We visited the bar - restaurant at night. It provides alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, beverages, ice cream and some side and main dishes. It also provides umbrellas and free of charge. It has a great view of the Amvracian gulf and it's perfect even for a night swim. The is sandy and of dark colour, it doesn't get of easily by hand but it does get of with water. It also provides a shower and there is a post for a lifeguard. The sea is shallow and perfect for children but going beyond some point farther in there are some strong currents but they are noticeable quite easily. Right by the sea, plenty of and tables. Gorgeous views and good service. A nice place to swim, plenty of shade due to the trees (which also smell nice). Shallow waters at first which get deep, with dangerous currents. Nothing to worry about though if you can swim or if you stay away. The best thing is that the is really close to the city's center. A little extra for aviation lovers, Aktion's airport is in the other side so you can see airplanes come and go. Lastly, this is mostly visited by elderly people. The place is newly renovated and looks so beautiful by the sea. Either early in the morning or during the night it offers great views. Unfortunately, the prices were also renovated to a point that it is no more value for money. The food is disappointing. The same goes for the music as well. It is such a pity for this beautiful place. This place is highly recommended for windy days when the other popular nearby beaches are not appropriate for swimming with your kids. And indeed this is very smooth no matter the winds. Apart from that, this is a standard bar offering the standard services that you would expect from it. Nothing more, nothing less. We left our with towels on it in the middday and when we came back in the afternoon our were taken by other people. We got the towels back. They justified as we forgot our towels there. Bullshit.
