This was the first stop for us arriving in Sardinia. First impression was weird since we wanted to move our table, told the hostess and she said ok— and then the server came over and raised his voice and said you can’t sit there .. so we moved no issue. While ordering, we felt rushed by the waiter. The raw salmon appetizer was extremely salty; did not love that. I got the lobster pasta and it was very salty. Gnocchi was very soft; overcooked. Unfortunately service was VERY slow! Water only came after we requested it twice by two different waiters. The ambiance was absolutely gorgeous however— situated on top of a hill with a beautiful view. From the very beginning, they gave us the best table in the house, and the service was lightning fast – truly impressive. The food… oh my God. Absolutely amazing. Every dish was crafted with care, but the star of the evening was the pizza. I am not exaggerating when I say it’s one of the best pizzas in the world. Perfectly balanced flavors, authentic texture, and that unmistakable Neapolitan soul in every bite. What made the night even more special was the warmth of the staff. Their friendliness and genuine smiles created an atmosphere that made us feel not just like guests, but like family. It doesn’t hurt to be nice in return – the energy goes both ways – and when you bring your best self here, you’ll discover what feels like your very own Italian family. We stopped for a dinner before the airport (15 minutes drive) and we immediately got a table without reservation. The pizzas were fantastic- diavola and margharita. We also really enjoyed tiramisu. The staff was super kind and helpful. Price is really good and the atmosphere and the garden are charming! We will be back, grazie mille! Il Fare in Porto San Paolo was a lovely experience — cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and truly delicious food. The seafood was fresh and perfectly cooked. The is really delicious Highly recommended! Big compliments to the chefs. One of the best pastas I have ever tried. The restaurant has such a warm vibe and the service was great. Can’t wait to come back and try more dishes :) Very nice restaurant to dine at, make sure you book before you go otherwise you end up waiting in queue as it’s getting very busy after 19:30. They have huge selection of pizza, and different menu for other foods, prices are good for food value, the only downside are mosquitoes, like lots of them, as soon as it’s getting dark you cannot eat in peace. We don’t ordered one Quattro formaggi and truffle pasta, the was great, the pasta did not had any truffle taste, very strong flavour of Parmesan and that it, but not bad, as a truffle lover I would’ve loved to feel the taste and smell of the truffle .
