We stopped here for dinner and it was a truly luxurious experience. From starters, to main courses and desserts, to drinks. Everything was luxurious. Very helpful and nice staff. We were very well taken care of from start to finish. The entrecote with pepper sauce was great, the meat completely melted on the tongue and was like a cake. My wife is very picky about steaks, but she was very satisfied here. And I was excited about the Vienner schnitzel with potato salad and cranberries. Finally, someone in this country prepared me a really luxurious and delicious schnitzel! :-) And the desserts were another treat. I am not much of a sweet tooth, but their pannacotta was simply amazing. Wife chose from their ice cream menu and it was also great. Simply, visiting this establishment was a gastronomic experience for us. The best food and of our entire short stay in Liechtenstein. If you happen to be in the area, we definitely recommend a visit. But we highly recommend making a reservation, otherwise you might as well leave with an empty stomach. Staying nearby, we walked down to the restaurant, 5 of us got a table without reserving. Views from the are amazing. Service was friendly, food was OK, priced in line with Swiss prices, so not cheap. A nice on mountain with amazing view. They have both outdoor & indoor sittings. They have English menu, waitress speaks good English & helpful. We had dinner there on Saturday, it was busy. We had Falafel & burger, Food was very good & portion size was perfect. Service is good. Nice falafel salad. Service was quick. Wasn't busy. Across from the church, parking for a few cars beside it. Additional parking a 5 mins away in centre of village Amazing views. You want the most epic views while you eat? This is the place. Had pork and pumpkin soup. So tasty Had a wonderful time at Kainer. The staff were very polite, and happy to talk to me with my increasingly rusty German. All of the food on the menu looked amazing, and I went with the Paniertes Schweineschnitzel mit Pommes. Very tasty and filling, portion size seems small at first but will definitely fill you up. They have a Swiss beer on tap and a local Liechtenstein beer in bottles, which I highly recommend. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in Liechtenstein! Fantastic meal and what a surprise. We were staying a hotel just around the corner and went with our family or 5. The owner was very kind and we had a meal with delicious steak, venison and salmon. The lobster soup was stellar as well. We greatly enjoyed the sunset and local Lichtenstein wines and beers. Thank you again and we will be back! It is a place that I can recommend with its beautiful view and delicious food. Prices are normal for this neighbourhood. A very varied wine menu. Excellent food and very friendly service. We drove here at night, so couldn't see the magnificent view overlooking the city, but it was still beautiful. I had a salad starter, the fish platter, and house red wine. It was all quite tasty. There were lots of ice cream options for dessert, as well as two home baked pie options. There was a small parking lot next to the restaurant, which was helpful. The best view in Triesenberg, bird seeing the amazing Mountain View of Liechtenstein. Given the view the price and food quality is beyond expectation. Highly recommended!!!! We had dinner here tonight and can honestly say it deserves the 5 stars we gave it. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious and well presented. We’ve been travelling around Eastern Europe beginning in Amsterdam, and can honestly say this is the best experience we’ve had so far 😊 My dish was thoughtful, vibrant, and full of flavor. It was the perfect meal for a beautiful autumn day, and a way to experience Liechtenstein for my first time. I will eat here when I return!
