They brew on site, so the owners gave us a tour as they were bottling and shared the history of their (they both speak English). They are focusing on sourcing ingredients and recycling their brewing by-products to farms- so great. We had the S.B.E.B from the tap and it was delicious. I can’t wait to go back! This hidden gem has a wide selection of craft brews on 10 taps... blonde to (sometimes) stout, multiple IPA's, 3.5% to 8%. Snack platters and tartines available to order. Our group of 6 enjoyed everything, though the Nachos were somewhat lacking for this California boy. Looking forward to going back. Second Degree was our first craft stop and we were blown away. We enjoyed the flight of all ten of their beers. All were solid to great. We particularly liked their west and east coast style IPAs, and the pastry sour was very pleasant as well. We also enjoyed a mixte plate, most (if not all?) was sourced from producers. 10/10 would highly recommend. While on holiday in this area I spotted this place while out on a walk with my family, as a lover I knew I would need to try it out. The staff were super friendly and the selection that I tried were all 10/10 . They also have a fridge full of cans/bottles so I grabbed a six pack to take home with me to Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Any future visits to the area I will always make the effort to visit again. Wonderful place for food and drinks , excellent and friendly staff and a warm atmosphere . The pinot Gris is excellent , the flammekeuche (their spelling not mine) is tasty and the cheese and meat board will leave you wanting for nothing . We rented an apartment close by when we visited Disneyland Paris and popped in here every evening for a drink. We were made to feel really welcome by the staff and the locals. I’d highly recommend a visit. The ales and the people are fantastic! Lieu chaleureux, équipe sympathique et les bières sont bonnes Visited this micro brewery and bar while stopping for a few days, it’s an amazing venue with loads on offer including a bottle shop, the staff were very friendly and welcoming (even to me who’s French isn’t the best) if given the opportunity I would 100% be visiting again definitely a recommend for anyone in the area. An unexpected surprise just outside of Paris, this place has given the microbrewery a french twist, and have done so magnificently. Really (we tried the Tropimo), and delicious plates made with ingredients sourced from producers. The place has a cozy vibe, and the owners are super welcoming and make you feel at home- something I really appreciate. They gave us a little "tour" of the place and explained their process of brewing the beers, and what they are brewing up next! Was lucky enough to visit the place their opening week, and have since gone back for take-away beers....I also heard they've started a delivery service & I can't wait to try :) What a fantastic brewery, beer, tap room and location. Visited twice and came home with some tins. Owners super friendly and talk English. Locals also happy to talk. Saturday morning market is right outside.
