If you don't cone here over the old russian military road through the forest, you haven't seen the best of Bomarsund fästning. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset and white night here during summer 23. The ruine is impressive and there are nice old cannons. The views are just stunning. There is a lot of history for the destruction of the fästning happening here. Incredible view. Wow the scenery is so beautiful, the ruins are so well maintained along with the canons. It was great to see the impact of the Canons on the walls, one doesn't get to see it too often.
