The pool area was loud and lacked a relaxing atmosphere, as there was a child playing and learning to swim. The space was brightly lit, echoey, and had none of the calm, soothing ambiance you’d expect from a spa. The Jacuzzi was particularly disappointing—it was off when we arrived, and when I sat down, the seat felt slimy and unclean. When staff attempted to turn it on, it malfunctioned and released cold water instead of warm. The sauna was the only facility that worked properly and offered some comfort. Staff were friendly, and the massage itself was good. However, for a place that advertises itself as a full spa experience, it felt extremely overpriced. My massage took place in a dark, cozy room, which was nice, but my friend’s treatment was in a much less relaxing space with uncovered windows and daylight streaming in. The general environment didn’t help either—corridors and the bar near the entrance lacked warmth, and coziness and the plastic chairs by the front were uncomfortable. It felt weird to sit there in a bathrobe. There’s a lot of potential here, but also a lot of work to be done before it can truly be called a spa. Dodatkowo sam obiekt sprawia wrażenie zaniedbanego – przydałyby się generalne porządki i solidne mycie całej przestrzeni.
