Some chairs outside were broken, but we could sit on some comfortable rocks and enjoy the awesome view. The terrain around the hut could be cleaned in. This is a newly renovated hotel, really close to the start of the hike to mount psiloritis, the location is amazing and the structure as well. Only downside was the fact that in our case there was no service of anykind in the evening(we where in fact alone) and maybe the garnden and the surrounding could be more tidy Views are phenomenal. Food great. Rooms are great with queen and bunk beds in each. Also each has their own stove and bathroom. Would love to come back In the short term, we decided to spend one night on the mountain and celebrate our birthday. The booking service was great, we got all the information in a short time. Arrival was simple. The accommodation suited our needs. The rooms were spacious and warm, the mattress was comfortable, the windows were large, so it was romantic to fall asleep with a view of the mountain and the moon. There was snow, so we spent part of the day walking through the snow. The area is primarily intended for skiers, and vacationers in the snow, mountaineers. You should not expect luxury like in 5-star hotels. But what exceeded my expectations was the kindness, helpfulness, trust and friendly attitude of the people from the hotel. The food was excellent, we enjoyed the evening by the fireplace and music. They were attentive to all our requests so that the birthday would be as beautiful as possible. I recommend it to everyone who loves nature, mountains, simplicity and wants to get to know the real face of Crete and its inhabitants. Thank you very much! Clean and well appointed!
