Tried Hamburger from Bislett Kebab House in Lørenskog. This was bad. Tasteless and boring. The people who worked there were grumpy and a little nice. The only thing I find interesting is the cutlery in environmentally friendly wood, and the box is in styrofoam. Recommended; Definitely not coming back. After many years of eating from BKH, I can say the service and food has dropped quite a bit, the food portions are significantly smaller, it isn’t like it used to be. I always order the chicken kebab plate with extra sauce and extra meat and many times have it not been any extras at all. It was better before in the old days. Didn’t get my change back and didn’t get bothered by it. When I went home, the doner meat was cold and uncooked, and I asked for spisy dressing and got only the red sause. The shawarma dinner was burned to charcoal and got a hair with it🫡 When I pay 450 bucks for food I expected a sizeable meal. My big doner roll was the size of a small one.... Previous rolls I've eaten the tortilla was full. Now it looks limp and scrawny. The only thing that was right was the kids meal. Upping the price and adding less meat is not ok. "Great little spot for burgers ...and everything was flavourful, well-spiced, and perfectly cooked.The staff were super welcoming and attentive without being overbearing.I’d definitely come back—this is now my go to spot for burger in the city. I have ordered food from BKH Lørenskog many times as it’s close to me and is open till late, and almost everytime there is something wrong with my food. This place has terrible service and the employees couldn’t care less about their job. They serve burned meat to their costumers. I also ordered a fanta exotic with my food and when I took a sip I was shocked to find only sparkling water in my cup. As someone who has worked in fast food I know you can see what’s getting poured into the cup when filling it, and the fact that the worker didn’t do anything about it proves they don’t care one bit about the job they do or their customer service. 0/10 would not recommend.
