Rude staff. After buying food, I wanted to use the toilet but I was denied. Someone of their same race was allowed to use it but not me. Possibly racist? I dunno, but this is what happened. Do you really want to support this establishment? Oh, and the food is terrible. My children didn't want to eat any more after having a bite. RUN AWAY, few meters from this place there is a caffetteria Biancomangiare which is cleaner and better place. Piazza Duomo food & beverage is a total scam, they don’t provide a menu , so they can cheat with the prices and the final bill. The lady with the mustache is very rude. The toilet is unhygienic and smelly. Drinks were really bad and everything was SO overpriced. They don’t show the prices beforehand and when we wanted to pay they just quickly show the receipt. We paid 15€ for 2 Orange juices and 1 Arancini !! Scam. 10€ for a juice and a granita. No menu. No receipt. Living up to the stereotype that places in front of the main square are bad and often a scam or turist trap. Very unfriendly, turned us (2 adults and a toddler) away because we only wanted to drink water. FYI, the terrace was almost empty at that time. Best go one further to Al Borgo where they are much more friendly. Nice place with best view on the Duomo… so expensive. No prices are shown, you find out when you have to pay. Friendly staff and nice arancini ! At 9 p.m. nearly no food available, two upset waiters did not understood our question about price of a bottled beer, which finally they were able to chatge with reasonable English 6 Euro each. Total rip off, just avoid this place.
