Had to write and express how well we have been looked after today by Lorraine and her staff. A Birthday for a 12 old boy with 10 friends - we were really well looked after and everything was well organised and smoothly run. We were given a room which had been spotlessly cleaned by the and allowed to decorate and bring a Birthday cake for the star guest. Everyone had the best and the endless squash and drinks really helped them burn up some energy as well as have good fun. Thank you to all - especially Lorraine - who accommodated us at short notice. Look forward to visiting again (not something i would usually say about a children's venue!). Recommend using if you haven't tried it yet. Great place for kids and adults to have fun. The price is very decent (£11.00/h) , they also have a caffe place (upstairs) from where you have a perfect view to supervise your child. The is friendly and very helpful in case you have any queries. We have had birthday held here and was well organised was helpful. Wasn't crowded but was busy. Kids enjoyed it and that's all matters. £175 for 10 kids (package) including jumping food and unlimited squash it was worth it and definitely do it again. Had a for my 9 old and it was Stress free, Affordable and the made it an all round great day. Really great hour to spend and exercise, fun for all ages. Will definitely visit again I wanted to say thank you so much to the manager and the who were so helpful to me both when booking to bring my grandchildren after school and so kind when we were there. The grandchildren had a lovely and Christian even let my grandson sneak back in after he had eaten, not allowed really but Christian didn't make a fuss Thank you all very much ❤️ Amazing place. My 6 old has the best every he comes here. It is truly enjoyable. There are many different trampolines for him not to get bored. He attended for his 6th birthday, which was also really fun! The only thing I would change making the sessions longer as he we enjoy coming here that much! Atmosphere was depressing. clearly didn't want to be there. Wouldn't recommend or go again. Hosted my daughter's 7th birthday here at the weekend and it was great! Hassle free, professional and really friendly. Food was good, parents loved watching their kids from the cafe. For a kids it was calm, relaxed and really enjoyable! Thoroughly recommend! We visited yesterday for my daughters 9th Birthday and we had a fantastic time. The were so friendly and helpful and worked really hard to make my daughters special. They all had such a wonderful so thank you so much! Unfortunately we did not have the same experience as other guests on google, on entry there were delays due to a lack of organisation. One family wanted a refund because their 3 old had ADHD and wouldn’t sit through the video, a video my 3 old had no understanding of but because of insurance a “3 old has to sit and watch it” This refund couldn’t be processed because the “manager” is on holiday and apparently they are the only ones that can process a card refund and it would be a few weeks before could be done? Surely you would train a supervisor to be able to do this in your absence? Or maybe the holiday was more important than the customer? Once we finally got entry we was approached by the same lady that couldn’t process a refund to try and tell me the age of my son? Then we were told he didn’t have authorised on for trampolining? He was wearing from Bounce UK that have 3 parks? I’m sure they are more than authorised. We said we had some spare from Rush park that have two parks across the UK but still no we had to purchase theirs? Although the two signs at the edge of the park don’t explain this? I think new signs may need to be made as you can see. Instead we had to spend even more money purchasing more socks. The park was very clean and may have been a better experience with the manager in but it was an an absolute shambles of organisation and I would not recommend to any friends and family. Overpriced Overpriced entry for a small venue and the cafe prices are seriously overpriced. Fab today for my 7 daughter. So well organised and executed. Lorraine is so lovely and runs it all so well. If you are after an easy, stress free, enjoyable this is the place to book. I thought it would be crazy busy on a Saturday afternoon but it was perfect. The children had loads of space to play and let off steam. We have held lots of parties at various places over the years and this was the easiest one by far! someone was pushing me off the big platform i went up to a worker to tell her she said i couldnt give two shits and spat on my sock We recently had our daughter's 6th birthday at No Limitz and it was fantastic. The were wonderful and looked after us all really well and the food was good quality and served on time. The children had a fantastic on the park and there was plenty to do to keep them occupied. It wasn't too busy which was also good. I would wholeheartedly recommend a trip to No Limitz. Entrance door and stairs are a death trap, parking is a nightmare, made to wear the no limit and pay £2 for them yet they kept falling off and made things more dangerous, in the end put on my daughter from another known place. The marshal handed my 5 old daughter a rope that she could not comfortably reach, I had to intervene and tell my daughter no! Made to watch the safety video yet the hoard of teenage boys were running around my children. All I can say is I'm glad I paid to jump with my children to supervise them. There is no where for parents to go that allows them to be able to keep an eye on there children. It's overpriced and small. The worst park I've been to. My daughter had a lovely 13th Birthday on the 14th September all were very professional and made sure the went well .everyone had a really nice so thankyou we will come back again We attended today with 4, 7 and 11 olds (plus my 56 old Dad) and so much fun was had by all!! Fantastic place, with safe fun, exceptional customer service and a wonderful cafe and viewing area. Today was standard entry for us, but next I’ll be booking a party!
