Clean and tidy place and safety instructions are applied strictly. I totally recommend. Nice and facilities. Has 25m lenght for lane swimmers, practice for beginners and kids together with baby pool. There is also outdoor with heated water during winters / cold weather. staff seems helpful however reception staff sometimes appear to be inconsiderate. Paid parking available nearby but can be a challenge during rush hours. Nice of 25m length, not too busy (I went in the morning during school's holiday). I find it a bit pricey: 6€ for 3h, too bad there are no options to only go for 1h and pay less. Response: I have made it clear in my emails to you that it was not the instructions themselves that made us uncomfortable but the harassment and discrimination we faced from your employee. Such a shame you will not take responsibility or even apologise for this unacceptable behaviour and try to gaslight us instead. We have visited saunas in the UK, Sweden,Italy, France etc and even others in Luxembourg which did not follow your “common practices”. Simply giving clear instructions from the start to your clients would also avoid these problems and not require a sauna warden perhaps. Had an awful experience due to one sauna employee Stephanie’s agressive and hostile behaviour that ruined our evening and made us feel very uncomfortable. We will therefore not be returning and would highly recommend others to not go. She spoke to us in a very rude and loud tone on multiple occasions over the two hour period we spent there, rolling her eyes and sighing heavily. She chose to single us out while other people were behaving in the exact same way and later admitted to observing us. She even followed us into the changing room after we had left the sauna to keep harassing us! This creepy behaviour is especially not okay in such a setting. They seem to enforce rules that they call “common practice” yet these rules are not posted anywhere in the sauna itself or on their documents and are not common at all. Spoke to the manager who categorically refused to issue a refund and essentially is standing by his employee as he was not there. Update: went back and the gentleman is polite, for now and this is with a packed day. The man I encountered at 9pm on July 17th, 2024 was truly rude and obnoxious and insulting. It was my first visit. Reception (same man) was unhelpful, lazy and horrible and treat me with a very bad attitude . If he does not like his job he should work elsewhere. He is not suited to the service of customers. I give the facilities 5 stars for cleanliness and for the activities, other staff are nice.I'm going back for the facilities, not him! The themselves are great, however the man that works in the RECEPTION is so ruudee, I’ve been there many times bec I had a year subscription, and he never greets me even when I do so, he never says bye , and he’s always very antipathetic , I even remember once my watch wasn’t working when I got out of the therefore I couldn’t access my stuff and he told I can’t help you! I only recieved help when another worker came, And because of him i’m changing this place, I honestly don’t understand how do you think he is adequate for this job!!! Clean and nice. the problem is the staff in the reception , horrible , horrible service, very bad attitude, there is An Blond lady with some age, she never says hello, and never goodbye, she looks like she does not want people to go in the pool. then there is an other lady brown hair , young bett 30-40 , in front of me she was screaming to young costumes: (I will Throw you out) the guys didn’t do anything wrong, but they had poor english and poor french, and some times they ask English sometimes French. there was no reason of that attitude!!!! my apartment is just in front of the pool, so that why i visit this place, if no, never , never! very disappointed by this reception staff! the in itself is very good and the workers of the sauna are phenomenal but the receptionists? awful. Incredibly rude, not even a hi. I’ve been trying to start a subscription but every time i approach the desk the worker looks so intimidating I always give up. Shame. You’re losing costumers by putting these workers at the entrance. EDIT after 11 months: Its been almost a year and I have to say that the reception has improved significantly. Im always greeted with smiles now and they are much easier to communicate with. It seems they have taken in the customers' criticism well and they are super friendly now! I have zero complaints at the moment :) Escher Schwemm is the I frequent the most now and I'm happy to go there. I could only recommend. I have a subscription for a year, I am going regularly. It's always clean, showers and the water are good. The swimming guards are always super friendly. BUT the cashiers in the lobby are always really unfriendly, never smiling never saying hello or goodbye back...not really professional.
