Nice experience for a rainy day. The rope park was nice but not like a rope park on the outside. Trails weren’t too difficult even the “black” ones. We finished all of them in an hour. Lines looked long but were fine. Kids really enjoyed the gimborree. Mixed feelings. The kids had a good time. I guess that’s what matters. The games and activities are great and many. That’s why 3 stars and not less. But… The entrance fee is very high - yes, it’s for 5 hours but a 2 hour deal for less would definitely be more attractive. I don’t see how larger families are supposed to afford this place more than once. We payed 80€ just to get in. 1 family ticket (2 adults, 2 kids) 1 kid and 2x to just accompany (6€!) The food was okay and the portions fairly big. Yet again with prices fairly high for what it is. The bumper cars had to be payed for separately. With such a high entrance fee surprising and unpleasant. The rides were also very short. The token machine wasn’t working either and it took some investigation to find out where to get them from eventually. The toilets could use more attention. And although the place appears clean when you look a bit closer many corners haven’t be looked after in a while. My 1yo enjoyed pulling out dust, hair and food from all the corners and all around the edges in the small kids area… There was no visible staff around (only handing out climbing gear, in the VR area and catering) which is also surprising for such a big place. And it was very cold. We were supposed to be barefoot but after a short time our feet were already frozen. Massive climbing area for the kids, many trampolines, ninja area, little kids area, virtual reality games, bumper cars. Had a lot of fun, lucky to visit during a quiet time. It would be great to have 2 or 3 hour ticket. Very nice place, worth a visit just don’t forget you sport gear. It is a good exercise. Wish there would be a yearly pass. 5 Stars for the longsuffering, and phenomenal staff. I dont know how yall make it through these days but kudos on being polite, professional, and hard working. You all deserve raises. From the front desk, to the climbing arena, to the Kiosk, to putting out fights between families over laser tag. You did awesome, and you made my son's belated birthday wish a blast.
