Quite a dirty place… To avoid ! 1 star to the female who is extremely disrespectful, I called 3 times to ask for information and she hung up every time all at the beginning of my conversation without saying anything, she literally hung me up 5 seconds after I started my first word (I called once in English and twice in French). At first I thought it was just a technical issue, until my 4th try a male answered my question and I could finally finish my sentences! The alley in Foetz is, on the whole, nicely designed and well-structured. However, I find the prices to be excessively high, especially close to ten euros for a game of bowling, which I consider unacceptable. This becomes particularly frustrating when there are technical issues with the lanes that have already been reported. Nevertheless, when everything is functioning normally, it does provide an enjoyable experience. Tres bruyant par la musique hyper speeder..peut-être pour atténuer le bruit des jeux de bowling. Pas d'air et chaud aussi.. ventilos au plafond insuffisant ..trop petits et/ou pas assez au vu du volume. Sinon le reste ok sans plus. J'aurais bien aimé mettre un commentaire positif,à part l'emplacement est stratégique on peux se garé facilement et accessible, c'est quoi cette musique brouillante, oh mes oreilles j'en pouvais plus ,j'avais l'impression qu'ils faisaient exprès pour faire partir la clientèles, on étais un groupe de 10 personnes, on voulait terminer notre soirée resto au c'était trop de musique brouillante qui nous a fait vite fait partir après notre 1 er verre, dommage ça nous a gâcher notre fin de soirée...... Gros plus pour le contacte clients, les employés on l'air ravi d'être ici. Je ne recommande pas Personnel désagréable au possible. Le matériel est vétuste: Les boules restent bloqués et personne pour les débloquer avant 10-15min. On nous indique que la personne a la caisse ne peut pas aller les débloquer… la moindre des choses est d’être au moins à 2 dans un bowling. Manque cruel de boules: ils organisent plusieurs anniversaires en pare-balles il y a très peu de boules adaptées au poids. Très mauvaise expérience. Music was extremely loud and one lady from the particularly unfriendly. You wonder if they appreciate it to have clients. There were only two managing the entire Centre on Saturday, which is normal. These poor were responding to customers (as well as phone enquires), customers and drinks. A totally ridiculous situation that of course resulted in poor service. A number of odd rules too, you cant buy certain drinks as they’re only for parties. They were too busy to help with trapped balls etc. A generally good experience but we wouldn’t return. Not polite. Not nice. Not very professional. The thinks it's normal to kick out 10 min before closing time. The thinks it's normal to stress you to leave the 45 min before official end time. And if you are the last ones playing they will make you feel it. We were nice and consumed a lot and still we get the strict minimum service. I prefer "Bowling 8" in Arlon, Belgium, cheaper and way nicer. Not my cup of tea endroit sympa service décevant. As the majority of other people have already stated, this place has very unfriendly staff, their attitude towards customers is not acceptable. Also, the music is way too loud in the Billard section, even as loud as in nightclubs. After I politely asked to turn down the music just a little bit, the member gave me an attitude and turned it up even more. I really do not get how they still get clients. The personel is not friendly at all: today all the 3 kids lanes were free and the reception guy refused us to use them and suggested to come after 14 when the price is double. Also the place looks old and the toillets are not in a very good condition. If you want to really enjoy some time with your friends or kids search some other alternatives this place has very unfriendly staff, their attitude towards customers is not acceptable.
