One waiter called Giusy or Giusseppe very strange really unkind and with dirty ungroomed hair was really threating Us in unfair way just like he wanted to finish the service and go! Danielle served us and he was very pleasant. He even showed us some of his Italian which adds to the atmosphere. The food was great and even the dessert The lasagnas that we ordered were only re-heated and were cold in the middle. Poor form for a place that specializes in pastas only! When we first got there the place looked nice, and the waiters were friendly. We ordered our drinks and the waitress heard me ask my sister something in Spanish, she made a weird face and the service went downhill from there. They brought the food, which was ok (a little bit undercooked). When we finished we wanted dessert but they never came to the table, we thought it was weird cause we waited for almost 20 minutes and it was completely empty (we checked their schedule and they were not near at all to the closing time, so we don't know why they refused to come to our table). Almost 30 minutes reached with NO ONE coming to the table, not even to pay them. Again, the place was completely empty and there were 2 waiters talking to each other, they pointed at us and they laughed. We had to get up since no one ever came, and go to the register to pay. I don't know why they started treating us that badly, but we're surely never coming back. Smells like xenophobia... I came with my kids to eat here, we all got our food after 45 minutes, only one of my kids didn’t! The waitress took the order wrong, because she doesn’t speak or understand German. She was very rude the whole time! We called her, she acted like she didn’t hear us, she was yelling and swearing in Italian, while she was cleaning the tables. ( by the way some people understand Italian, thanks for the nice words Sonia) We used to come here almost every weekend, but after this we were very disappointed! With such a waitress, better not. She is swearing her colleagues, and the kids heard everything! I don’t think it is normal to swear and yell, while your restaurant is full! Not to mention she didn’t even apologized for mistaking our order! We got re-heated lasagne that was cold in the middle! Unbelievable. A pasta specialist place that just re-heats a couple of days old food for you. That's what you get here.
