I always thought this place was one of the best outside the US. However, I had a few bad experiences there after COVID, so I stopped going. The place will permanently close on 31 August 2025. The are just amazing. You'll never find anything better in Luxembourg. They're also not so expensive. The service is nice, just slow in my opinion. The place is not cosy, but more of a street food feeling. We just left from the place that makes the best in the world. The sad thing is they will close this summer. The ritual is always the same: stop by on a Sunday afternoon, enjoy a good with some fries, watch some sport on the tv and admire the sunset from the parking lot with the view of the surrounding rolling hills. We took the food to go because we are traveling with the dog therefore the car pictures. Sad that he is going to retire, but happy for him that he will leave this field of business that is such demanding. Enjoy your retirement! We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We had placed our order over the phone, not realizing there was a rule that phone orders cannot be eaten on the premises. We were with our young children, and since they were hungry, we simply opened a portion of fries while waiting—there were plenty of empty tables, and the restaurant was not crowded. Instead of politely explaining the rule, the owner raised his voice, spoke very rudely, and even made personal comments suggesting we don’t understand or respect the country’s culture. It was extremely upsetting, especially in front of our children. We would have gladly followed the rules if they had been explained respectfully.
