Really great 18 hole course, varied and challenging. It was very popular on a sunny Sunday late morning when we arrived but even though we had to wait a while for each hole we didn't mind. Good coffee and snack bar area too. This was a good course but it was far too busy. Had to wait up to 10 mins per hole. We ended up leaving early due to the delays. Would have been better on a different day. Fun outing with lots of effort put into making the individual holes unique and Schwarzwald applicable. Pity they only open till 18:00. Lovely course with interesting obstacles. Well maintained. The price is fairly high at €13 plus per person. We experienced long wait times because there was no restriction on group size and there were two groups of 10+ people ahead of us (we left without finishing the last 6 holes because we had already been playing almost two hours). They should adopt a busy time rule of breaking groups into no more than 4 or 5 people so that play is continuous and there aren’t large groups of people looking at their phones because they are bored. Spent a hot few hours having a lot of fun at this crazy golf course in Kappel. Much fun, and a good cafe and shaded seating area for a cold drink and snack. Free entry with Hochschwarzwald Card. Best adventure golf we’ve ever been to. It’s ruined adventure golf for us now, as nothing will ever be as good or fun as this place. Well worth a detour. Beautiful place! Very fun to play.
