Our eight-year-old daughter loved this beach. Is it the nicest? No, but she loved the and views. There's a bar nearby with perfect line of sight to the water. It's a truly local beach. There are a few changing areas. Beautiful, sandy beach. Steep road to get into and out of it. Escape from busy and noisy city rhythms in a matter of minutes. Amazing landscape to please the eye and calm your heart. Superb spot to think, read a book and why not enjoy swimming. A secret door to leave worries behind..A must visit ! Nice sea, shower and cabin is available. Sand is not good and is so close to limani. It's not the best, but the best you will find in piraeus. Depending on the wind, the can be a little bit dirty. Pebble beach. Pretty. Quiet. Bring shoes if you've got them. Small. But most importantly, dirty. Lots of wood twigs, plastic straws and bags both in the waternand on the beach. Rotten fruits. Plastic caps and bits. Quite rocky, and not in a nice pebble type of way. Glad i only spent an hour and chose to take a fairy to a nearby island instead. was warm in mid October Great to head down for a peaceful swim. Rocky as most Greek beaches are, so no issue with that. Can even make a pigeon approved sandcastle. If that’s your thing. It was free! I had a great swim in april and then we went to a nearby restaurant , of which there were plenty to choose from. It’s a bit rocky, but it’s a fair it doesn’t have too much to eat or drink there but it’s fair if you’re just going for some time in the sun and water. Wonderful view! Water is crystal clear! Also many sports available, soccer, swimming, etc. This is relatively unknown to tourists, and has a nice cafe about 10 metres away from the water. It’s free—many beaches in Athens ask for a ridiculous cover charge or entry fee. What more can one ask for? I consider it a hidden gem. unfortunately due to the crisis that shook Greece the was a little abandoned, and along the are huge waste of garbage from the sea. but the sea itself is clean and super nice. I hope you return to the explendor that I imagine was once Honestly I loved this beach. It’s nothing special but it’s very relaxing and pretty quiet. If you walk down to the little restaurant they have sun beds available with umbrellas, 2 beds cost me 20€. Food at the restaurant was amazing. Very cheap and the staff was very friendly I stop by just to rest a little but the place is nothing extraordinary. Rocky beach, one shower, swimming pool, basketball court. Just easy place to relax. Cool beach, they have sunbeds and umbrellas that are 10€/person, but entry is free. They've got showers too. The toilets were very nasty, though. Quiet with umbrellas. You have to pay for them, but it's dirty as hell. The attitude of part of the service is awful. I don't know what I had payed for...(I'm not a fan of negative reviews, but people must be informed). Please, just clean the and people, stop throwing your cigarettes, we're not children anymore. Take responsibility. However, Athens is a nice place, I recommend. Make sure you find the right place to enter since the depth and place where the big rocks start vary depending on where you are. is clean and you can see lots of small fish. Besides some cigarettes the is clean but needs navigating between pebbles and some larger rocks that kids use to play with. Perfect for us, but we are used to not organized Beaches. Not crowded, just a normal beach.Decently clean for Athens. However,it is a rock beach,so bring some shoes to swim in,like crocs. There’s a large colony of cats living near the beach,so buy them some treats before you go there! Pretty nice for a big city, on the middle side lots of rocks so don't forget your sandals. Also on the middle side there is a "rivera house" which has the sunbeds (10€ per person), but also the sunbeds are black so they heat up 😀 Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
