For my Son's Eighth birthday is this the most intresting sightseeing I found. It was a really relaxing as well as adventurous for my family. Not even expensive! A very-very lovely place! A museum of old trains, carriages and locomotives- years 1920-1930. On Sundays you can even take a ride by an old train to the other station. A short trip with a steam engine and cars from the period of the first world war. Nice ! Dedicated volunteers enjoying it ! Again, a lack of global information about the railway prevents me to give 5 stars. Mega Die Fahrzeiten sind leider nicht ganz eindeutig erkennbar (auf der Website), dass diese nur zu Sonderveranstaltungen gelten...!!! sonst ist dort geschlossen... aber ein lieber Mitarbeiter hat uns eine kurze Führung gegeben (da beim kleinem Kind schon das Wasser in den Augen stand)... Die Märkischen Museums Eisenbahn kann ich wärmstens empfehlen. Eine ruhige Atmosphäre und ein sehr schönes Erlebnis für große und kleine Leute aller Alters Klassen... Hinfahren und es genießen und gute Laune haben egal bei welchem Wetter ob mit Diesel oder Dampflok am Zug.
