The staff are super nice and quite effective which is really enjoyable. My wife and I came for coffee and breakfast since we were therethree years ago. We ordered fredo esspreso, Coke and Juice as well as food. Then we waited for 20 minutes for coffe , coke and juice. Once we got 8s food came soon therefore we could not enjoy our coffe as we intended. Food was great and portions are huge. At the end I asked for a bill and box for the leftovers. Then another wait for the bill and finally young lady came so I can pay my bill. Even for the bill I had to ask three times. As far as box for the food it NEVER came even though we asked THREE TIMES. At the end we left without our food since We didn't ha e more time and we had to go. In order to improve your service you need to hire people who are committed to provide good service. There were more than 5 or 6 on the floor at the time and yet your service was far below acceptable. Either pay better and hire few who will work hard and be attentive or pay less but hire even more young people who will walk around and hopefully someone will make an effort to fetch a food box.
