My favorite first stop when visiting the mall. We had a great sandwich and I enjoyed my Irish Coffee with Bushmills! OK! Bun Great patio in Coresi Mall!! Food is good, and the serice is pretty good too!! You can come here with friends, for coffee only, to relax, to enjoy, and to socialize!! It was busy, and still the the was pretty good and fast. Am observat că lingura primită era murdară, avea ceva întărit pe ea. Îmi pare rău că nu am făcut poză, dar fiind o ieșire specială am ales să ne bucurăm de moment și să ne concentrăm pe partea frumoasă a zilei. Oricum, mâncarea a fost penne, așa că am folosit doar furculița. După ce am terminat de mâncat, s-a lăsat răcoarea și am decis să ne mutăm în interior. Era complet liber, dar doamna ospătar (Crina) s-a arătat deranjată că ne-am schimbat mesele. Am încercat să fim cât mai discrete, ne-am luat singure băuturile tocmai a nu deranja personalul. Din păcate, doamna Crina a început să ne ignore complet. Indiferent că o strigam sau îi făceam semn, nu a venit la masa noastră, deși trecea frecvent pe lângă noi și se uita direct. Punctul culminant a fost când a mers la bar, aflat chiar în spatele mesei noastre, și a început să vorbească urât despre noi, într-un spațiu gol, unde se auzea totul foarte clar. A fost o experiență extrem de neplăcută. Am chemat un alt ospătar ca să cerem nota și i-am spus direct că suntem dezamăgite. Am așteptat aproape 30 de minute să fim băgate în seamă, fără niciun rezultat. Gesturile și atitudinea doamnei Crina ne-au transmis clar că nu mai suntem bine-venite. Și îi vom îndeplini dorința. The pizza is amazing and big, the pasta delicious, drinks and coffee also. Reasonably priced, great decor and vibe. We love it. Servicii foarte bune! I adore their Oreo Shakes and as far as I know, they have great quality coffee. I also tried their cocktails and they are really delicious, and so is their Banana Split. The staff is very friendly and they usually interact with you by making small cute jokes that will definitely brighten up your day. The pizza dough and bread used for the sandwich taste amazing, they really seem done home made. Also nice and nice atmosphere, indoor at outdoor. Fair prices. Appreciated also that having a small dog they did not complain about it. I ordered a take away latte, gave them cash, then realized I paid 30 lei for a coffee which costs everywhere 15-18 lei. Asked them what's with the price, he made me a latte macchiato which I never asked for, he charged me on purpose the most expensive coffee they had asked him to give me the normal latter which I saw was 18 lei, he said it's too late to change. Am ales acest restaurant datorită recenziilor bune și a atmosferei liniștite, însă din păcate, experiența mea nu a fost una plăcută. Mâncarea a ajuns rece la masă, de parcă fusese pregătită cu mult timp înainte și lăsată să se răcească. Pe lângă asta, paharele în ni s-a servit cafeaua erau murdare, un detaliu ridică mari semne de întrebare despre igiena din bucătărie. Singurul aspect pozitiv că localul curat și oferă un ambient plăcut, dar din păcate acest lucru nu compensează lipsa de atenție la servire. Nu cred că voi reveni prea curând. The staff informed me that they made a mistake and gave my prosciutto pizza to another table, so I was left with the other guys pizza which was Quattro Stagioni and made me pay 40 RON (exact price for Quattro Stagioni) . i could not understand why i have to pay more for their mistake 🙃but anyway Very impolite and unprofessional service.
