The harbor master was very unprofessional, he said he would show up to assist but never did. We had issues and nobody came back to help after telling us they would. On the evening of Thursday, June 26th, between 17:00 and 17:30, an unfortunate incident occurred at the D-Marin Zea office. I kindly ask the management to review the office's camera footage from that time and assess the behavior of a certain female staff member — a slim woman with long black hair — whose attitude towards a customer was noticeably rude and disrespectful. It is absolutely unacceptable for anyone to direct personal frustration at guests who are simply there to enjoy their vacation, especially when those guests are paying customers. Despite my repeated and courteous efforts to explain the situation, I was met with an aggressive, money-focused approach that lacked all sense of respect or professionalism. Out of respect, I chose not to escalate the situation further — but I must make it clear that I will not be returning to Zea in the future.
