The slides were amazing, something for everyone! The wellness area was a true oasis of calm and relaxation. A fantastic day out, but be prepared for the crowds! Definitely worth the visit, but take your own snacks and drinks if you're on a budget. The water temperature was perfect, even for the little ones. Frequently mentioned in reviews: Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. It’s a very large complex with different zones, including the without kids, also with saunas, etc. There are cool there, but it actually takes a while to wait. All places where you can eat are super packed and I believe understaffed (at least for the weekend for sure!), the bars are also understaffed and it takes a while to get any drink. So, if you are planning to eat there, keep in mind that it will take more than 30-40 min to get your food. Parking is paid 25zl, which is sort of surprising for such a complex to have paid parking. And the prices are too high for admittance as well. The relax is not as crowded as other zones. Fantastic waterpark for of all ages! Came on a Tuesday and it wasn’t very busy. Book ahead online to save some money for and combine it with bus transfer which is very straightforward. My didn’t arrive at the of booking so I emailed them and they sent it over no issues. We arrived at Suntago at 11 and there was no queue for online tickets. Changing rooms and showers are clean but bring your own toiletries. Waterpark opens at 1pm and can get busy so I would get that out the way as soon as it open so you can rest because the straits to access all the across 5 floors is a full body workout. Nevertheless it was very fun and I could use my water shoes on the unlike Therme Bucharest. Food was canteen style but wasn’t bad at all. I felt safe as a person of colour too, only a few glances but everyone was generally friendly. I would definitely and also bough it isn’t as big as Therme, I can see this place becoming the new hype soon so run there (on a weekday) before all the influencers takeover lol! Really cool water park. Yes it is crowded, but if you go to such places it is expected. I was impressed how well things are organized. Also, since the is not old, all amenities look good. Staff pays attention and is caring. Loved this spa! Reminds me of the Theme in Bucharest! I really it when in Warsaw! We got the Suntago bus from the city and it was painless and convenient. We didn't get for the sauna due to being naked saunas! So just check this before booking as we nearly added this to our ticket. Book online in advance for cheaper tickets! 26.09.2025- I went on Friday first hour at 10 am, relatively crowds were less fortunately which made my experience quite relaxing and pleasant. Relaxing was best for me with limited number of who were respectful and calm. Indoor and outdoor pools both have hydro massage and Jacuzzi and quite big, luckily blessed with sun. Jamango is for kids where there is crocodile island and surfing pools full of kids and families so if you don’t like crowds you can avoid. This has restaurants with buffet, reasonable and tasty. One corner is with with den inside like some spooky vibes decoration and waterfalls, must try. are open from 13 overcrowded but was good, tried couple of slides. I took massage as well and it was and relaxing and only polite staffs are from wellness and spa in Suntago. You can order drink at bar quite reasonable according to place. Saunas were another big highlight with different rooms for saunas, steam bath and naked swimming pool. I really liked the concept of completely nude inside sauna. There were plenty of Sun beds but despite of several requests each with notice boards not to occupy it if you do not use, still all reserved it with glasses, bag, towels, lip balm etc, lack of civic sense from visitors. There are lots of quiet to relax and sleep as well and if there are lots of visitors, there is VIP but you need to pay extra. There are some negative points as well- No electric socket anywhere to charge your phone, Staffs as life guards need to learn some hospitality extremely rude seems that their job is punishment to them. Other staffs like in also staffs were not concerned about safety which makes you feel concerned about your safety while having fun with slides. An African girl in relax bar was very rude and needs to get some training in handling customers. I deduct two points only because of lack of hospitality from staffs. Overall this place is very if there are less crowds. But if you are unlucky to have large volume of visitors, this place can be nightmare for you. I to experience at least once. The place is really impressive. However, there is a lot of everywhere, all the time. And we went on a "calm" day, supposedly. But the worst for me are the prices. The place is well built and has a lot of activities, but still I believe 200 PLN for 4h is excessive. For that price I would expect at least to have something included inside, like 2 drinks or so. But no, everything inside needs to be paid... even ketchup. Overall I don't regret going there to know it, but most likely it was the first and last time. Absolutely fantastic. We had an amazing here. The are well managed, weight limits adhered to and efficient. The pools are all heated to a very very nice 30° minimum. We loved the lazy river and the outside lazy river. The wave machine was great fun, unfortunately we saw the lige guards leap into save some one the 1st we went in and I had to save a man and his son the 2nd we went in- so definitely not for none swimmers! Everywhere was clean, tidy and well organised. The only issue we had was the pizza restaurant had an ridiculous 1hr wait on food! It was nice when it eventually arrived but definitely not worth an hours wait! We spent 2 days at the at the family side Jamango, Monday and Tuesday, both days were full of and that took away from the fun experience. We had best close to closing and right after opening when wait times were minimal for the slides. We arrived a bit later on Monday and all the seats were taken, we decided to be there 1st thing on Tuesday and were able to get some seats that made the experience a bit better. Overall is great but it is a meat grinder, wave gets very full as well as outside river. Lines to rides can take 30-45min and some staff is not that friendly. Food is pretty decent. A very well designed water park, with a variety of attractions, from calm and relaxing to very crazy. The slide is loud and wild, the palm blissfully relaxing, and saunas are run very professionally, i.e. without swimwear allowed and with great sessions. Food was okay-priced and tasty (we ate in the burger venue). Spent a full day there and had a lovely time. Note that we were there during a weekday outside the holiday season. I can imagine the experience might be different when the place is packed, but on a calmer day as ours it was really nice. Also, note that under 16 years many areas are inaccessible, so consider that if you plan to bring your kids. Lastly, seeing in many reviews upset about having to be naked in the sauna zone, deal with it, this is how you sauna, sorry. If you cannot handle that, don't plan on visiting the sauna and don't down-rate a place just for doing things right 🤫 I went on a Friday afternoon. Their staff were really friendly, helpful, and supportive. There was no queue at the entrance and not too crowded inside, also very warm temperature inside 👌 and there were no long queues to all the slids. I RUINS CHALLENGE. It's a very fun and active game. I made 7th position in history 👏😅, and I will be back to beat the history record 💯🤴🏽 If you have a choice- don't go on the weekend. There were too many people. Buy on the Internet. There is a family ticket and it is cheaper than in the place. Also, the floors are very slippery... there is very food and choice for what you would like to eat. Just keep an eye on the working hours if you come to eat later. Some places were closing earlier... Had an amazing at Suntago! The were thrilling, the pools were relaxing, and the tropical atmosphere made it feel like a true getaway. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Whether you’re looking for excitement or relaxation, this place has it all. Day-long ticket recommend. The place is huge and offers a great variety of saunas, pools and attractions for adrenaline lovers. A perfect weekend getaway spot near Warsaw! I especially loved the lazy river, just floating along while the gentle current takes you on a relaxing ride. Truly a great way to unwind😄 Super place for the whole family's day-out. Water attractions are amazing. Everyone will find their level of risky slides. Restaurants - food good, service - (we used the one on the balcony/second floor pizza place). Slightly pricey, but worth to try and especially for kids to recover and fill their energy levels back. We will be coming back soon, but we shall have two or three days, together with sleep over at their little houses. very nice water park, definitely recommend! the only concern I had during my stay were members of staff who seemed to be a bit neutral about their job, but apart from it everything else was lovely. the food was very nice and reasonable prices, taken the occasion into account.
