The lady that was packaging my order stoped more than a couple of times to help inexperienced coworkers with other orders which resulted in some serious time delay. The big beautiful red fairytale birthday cake boxes have been replaced with some indifferent cardboard colored ones with no branding whatsoever. They didn’t even offer to put a ribbon on mine. To sum it up, the magic was good while it lasted but now we have to move on as well. Will come back to right the wrongs if anything changes for the better… The food wasn't actually that much good, more specifically the pita that they use is dry i think they heat it in the oven maybe which explains why it is dry and hard that much. It makes me want to become a kid again. The sweets in my opinion are not balanced in flavour. They are too much. It's chocolate over chocolate over chocolate... so you can't taste much. We opted for the regular butter beer (always on the menu) and one piece alcoholic cocktail. The butter beer was better than the official ones we had which is a huge compliment for this cafe.
