There is a wildlife conservation area, play areas for kids, and a memorial monument. We had a long, delightful in the shady forest listening to cicadas and birds. Υπεροχο μέρος για παιδιά και για μεγάλους. A place for a peaceful walk! The entrance is free and you need to acquire an online ticket for acces! The guy working at the gate was kind and with a good attitude. The left side of the botanical was more interesting in terms of diversity, how exotic the were and how they were organized. While the right side felt more like a chill hike in the woods. Wasn't impressed by how the whole was managed. It didnt have many greenhouses and the few ones we saw were not even accessible. The cleanliness and clarity of the ponds in the asian side was poor. However it is a great place to hang out with friends, for a cute date, a walk, a bit of jogging or even bring and explore with them the wonders of nature. There is a hike trail of around 2km, a cafeteria and a for kids. And a few lovely cats that are super friendly! They follow you everywhere if you are kind and loving with them. We walked for a bit over than 2h without going on the long hiking trail at a slow pace and we still didnt get to on all of the paths. So I really recommend the place if you want to immerse yourself for a few hours in a corner of nature! :) Perhaps the best botanical of Athens. A wide variety of trees, bushes, cactii and flowers at the outskirts of town, near the byzantine monastery of Dafni. Μας έλειψε η σήμανση σε αρκετά σημεία ή σήμανση με περισσότερη σαφήνεια για αρχάριους σε πεζοπορία. Το καφέ πολύ όμορφο, χρειάζεται χαμογελαστό σέρβις και μάλλον άτομα. Δεν ξέρω αν πρέπει να μοιραστώ την εμπειρία του γιου μου για αυτή την εκδρομή με το σχολείο του γιατί σίγουρα δεν ήταν καλη... θα μείνω μόνο σε έναν σχολιασμό τα παιδιά από τους ξεναγούς θα πρέπει να φεύγουν με τις καλύτερες εικόνες του χώρου και όχι με τις κάκιστες συμπεριφορές τον ξεναγών του χώρου που μάλλον κάνουν λάθος επάγγελμα. Μοναδικός κήπος, πραγματικό στολίδι και όαση οξυγόνου για την ευρύτερη περιοχή. Είναι πραγματικά τυχεροί όσοι μένουν κοντά αλλά και όσοι μπορούν να τον επισκεφτούν. Πολύ μεγάλη έκταση για περπάτημα, περιλαμβάνει τον ανθώνα, τεχνητές λίμνες, μοναδικά φυτά από την Ελλάδα και όλο τον κόσμο, παιδική χαρά και καφετέρια.
