On entering Bergheim through this 14th century gate you will find a beautiful little town with a cobbled main street and brightly painted half-timber houses, indeed it was one of the most brightly painted towns of my visit to the Alsace region. A Really well renovated Old Entrance gate Absolutely nice place for walking and have a coffee maybe. Try hot chocolate with caramel here🤪 Nice old city part of the Bergheim, part of the old city wall and main gate are still intact. There is a market and there restaurants. Paid parking is also available. Txb Best My first time to be able to see the inside of this monument in detail, even though having lived near the town for 30 years. Very interesting history and we were very lucky to have a very knowledgeable person informing us about the history and much more. A very unique experience to be able to see the inside in detail. We have seen old photos which i hadn’t seen before. 👌 Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
