What disappointed me slightly is that when ordering groat mix, I just got buckwheat, and the salads which are included in the main meals are not particularly interesting. It seems like they add red currant and rapunzel to all the meals. The food is fairly priced for what you get. The restaurant is located near a pond, and there's an appropriate vibe accompanying it. We ordered 8 dishes and for the last one, we had to wait 20 minutes after the previous dish and about 45 minutes after the first one arrived. Also there is only one toilet for ~40 customers... Me and family came for dinner and were disappointed entirely :( There was no one up front when we walked in and no information posted anywhere on what to do. When walking in we got a hold of someone and they told us to just sit wherever, and upon opening the menus we found out we had to order everything at the front bar. The menu is extensive with almost a 100 food items. The first problem we encountered was that there was no translated menu for English, while we did just translate for our relatives it was a shame. On a few of the menus we also noticed they had handwritten notes on them, mostly about weight of portions and amount of pieces in a portion. After a while of waiting mum went to see about the drinks and saw the waitress splitting a half empty carton of maślanka across 3 cups, mind you it was meant to be 3 glasses of 400ml and it was maybe 150ml since each cup was half full. After asking the waitress said they ran out and that she couldn't give us anymore. We had to ask for a different drink and they made us pay for all 3 half-cups and the extra drink. Then came the food, or didn't. Two meals came after waiting for ages, the naleśnik was good if cold, and pierogi were unseasoned but atleast they were warm. By the end of the hour we had half the drinks, only the 2 meals and weren't able to get any info on how long it would take. At this time more people had begun to arrive. We waited another half an hour for the rest and it didn't arrive, we had to go upfront and remind them as they had forgotten about our orders. By the time we had gotten the last food orders, one was in a box as they ran out of plates and the rest of us had finished eating. We brought our own plates back (as they instructed) and we left. Not worth the trouble or price in the end. :( Nice area, food was ok. Service was chaotic, no table service so need to stand in a queue for 40 minutes to order then over 2 hours wait for food. Worst experience in long time. Also 1 toilet for all the guests so need to queue for that as well. This place has more tables than it can realistically serve and overall is badly organised.
