Every time we visit, the staff is rude and unprofessional—but today was the worst. We called for assistance, and one of the employees was sitting on the floor with the cupboard open. She didn’t respond, didn’t say “one moment,” or even acknowledge us. We called again, unsure if she even heard us, and when we called a third time, she screamed “wait” in a very aggressive and disrespectful tone. This kind of attitude has become a pattern at this location. It’s frustrating to go to a place that’s supposed to be relaxing, only to be met with such rude behavior from the staff.
