Då jag kom in var det en gammal dam innan mig och väntade på personalen och jag ställde mig i kö bakom henna. Kassören kom fram och hjälpte henna. Damen pratade jätte mycket om alt möjligt och skulle ha olika saker. Då tänkte jag gå och titta runt mens hon blir färdig. Efter typ 5 minuter kom jag tillbaka till kassan men hon var fortfarande inte färdig, och då satt jag mig på stolen som var nära kassan vid fönstret. Efter lång väntande blev hon färdig och gick. Kassören ignorerade mig bara och gick till köket, men jag kom ändå till kassan och väntade lite till, men jag fick ingen hjälp och lämnade butiken. Det var det värsta servicen som jag någonsin har varit med om. Personalen hälsade inte alls på mig och låtsade som jag inte alls fans där, trots att hon såg att jag var där i butiken minst 10 minuter och stod bakom kunden för att få hjälp.
